SHOPPING CENTRES
If you want to add colour and creativity to your centre, increase footfall and turn shopping trips into an adventure, then book a Makendoo workshop today.
Makendoo have
been running workshops in Shopping Centres for over 12
years. We offer not only a rewarding and enjoyable
experience for those who take part but also a visual
spectacular guaranteed to enhance any busy centre.
Children of all ages can join in the fun making
colourful masks, hats and banners which create an
instant carnival atmosphere. Children leave the
workshop carrying, wearing or waving their artworks,
lasting souvenirs of a great day out. Adults are always
thrilled to find such high quality, free entertainment
and often join in.
Makendoo workshops
provide the finishing touch to any family shopping
trip, ensuring that the children have as much fun as
the adults and look forward to a return visit.
We arrive fully equipped to run the workshop and use
only child friendly materials and washable paint. All
we need you to provide is space. 4x4m is ideal, but we
are very flexible.
Our normal day consists of 2x2 hr workshops, one in the
morning and one in the afternoon. Suggested times
11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm are when we find most kids are
around, but we are happy to suit your timetable.
We
can deal with up to 200 kids per day working with about
15 at a time. The workshops operate on a ‘rolling
system’, no booking required.
We are not a crèche and adults remain responsible for
children at all times. We have clear signs indicating
this.
